Project Management
Our project managers have decades of experience handling large scale projects of varying complexity. We’ll match you with a project management team – including a primary point of contact for the duration of your project. Your team will include a Project Director, Project Manager, Project Coordinator and a Technology Specialist.

To ensure a streamlined performance, we take the time during the project development stage to analyze every step in the sequence.
We then develop a Project Execution Plan (PEP), which details every project element including design, printing, programming, fulfillment, distribution, scanning, data collection and reporting. Upon your approval, the PEP will drive our operating procedures through the course of the project. The result is a highly developed, cost-effective program paired with unbeatable project management expertise that ensures the job gets done correctly.

Project Consulting
DataForce works with you to design forms that are ideal for obtaining the data you need. Our survey designers specialize in creating professional forms that are both functional and visually appealing, to generate high response rates and impeccable results.
Upon receipt of a form design request from the Client, DataForce will initiate the Requirements Definition phase during which all requirements are gathered from the Client (e.g., previous artwork, form content, question order, colors, fonts, language, etc.).
Upon form approval from the Client and the receipt of the Client’s Data Dictionary/Schema and business rules, DataForce will initiate the Programming phase. This phase of programming for data collection and reporting may be executed concurrently with form printing and fulfillment activities depending on scheduling. DataForce will test the accuracy of the programming using “dummy” data and submit a sample data file to the Client for review.
